Hợp tác giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc hiện nay đang rất cần tới nguồn nhân lực tiếng Trung chuyên ngành (CSP) có kiến thức chuyên môn và năng lực giao tiếp liên văn hóa. Tuy nhiên, thực tiễn đào tạo CSP hiện nay đang đối diện với nhiều thách thức và cơ hội. Kết quả khảo sát cho thấy, các yếu tố ảnh hưởng gồm có kiến thức chuyên ngành của giảng viên; chương trình và giáo trình; năng lực tiếng Trung và nhu cầu nghề nghiệp của người học; cơ chế phối hợp giữa dạy học và thực hành. Từ những phát hiện này, chúng tôi đã tiến hành phân tích, so sánh, đánh giá nhận diện rõ những điểm mạnh, điểm yếu, thách thức, cơ hội và đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm cung cấp thêm cơ sở lí luận và thực tiễn góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo CSP tại Việt Nam trong bối cảnh hiện nay.
