Abstract

Sự trỗi dậy của trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) đang thúc đẩy một sự chuyển đổi cấu trúc trong ngành luật toàn cầu, biến đổi các quy trình từ rà soát tài liệu đến nghiên cứu pháp lý. Bối cảnh này đặt ra thách thức lớn đối với các mô hình giáo dục pháp lý truyền thống, vốn không trang bị đầy đủ cho sinh viên các kỹ năng công nghệ, đạo đức và trách nhiệm nghề nghiệp nâng cao. Đối với Việt Nam, quốc gia đang trong giai đoạn chuyển đổi số mạnh mẽ, việc ứng dụng AI trong đào tạo luật là yêu cầu tất yếu nhưng đang phải đối mặt với các rào cản về năng lực giảng viên và hạ tầng dữ liệu. Trên cơ sở phân tích so sánh, chỉ ra một số xu hướng đào tạo luật trong bối cảnh ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo ở các quốc gia trên thế giới, bài nghiên cứu đề xuất các bài học kinh nghiệm đối với Việt Nam.
