Abstract

During the two wars against French and US imperialists, Uncle  Ho’s image in painting always had high artistic value. Each picture is a spiritual support and encouragement for the whole army and people to go from one victory to another. In all the paintings on the topic of Uncle Ho, the artists show a close and dear image of a nation’s old father, a great leader of the Vietnamese people and a symbol representing the quintessence of the Vietnamese.
