Sự phát triển của Trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh (GenAI) đã mang lại nhiều cơ hội cho giáo dục pháp luật nhưng cũng làm gia tăng nguy cơ sinh viên phụ thuộc vào công nghệ, suy giảm tư duy phản biện và vi phạm liêm chính học thuật do các thông tin sai lệch do trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) tạo ra. Để giải quyết vấn đề này, nghiên cứu đề xuất một quy trình dạy học phân tích và trích dẫn án lệ có tích hợp AI dựa trên phương pháp học tập theo tư duy truy vấn (Inquiry-Based Learning - IBL). Điểm mới của nghiên cứu này là xây dựng Khung năng lực sử dụng AI gồm ba thành phần: Tương tác, Kiểm soát và Phản biện, đồng thời đề xuất mô hình dạy học gồm 5 bước liên kết chặt chẽ với nhau. Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp cho giảng viên một quy trình cụ thể giúp sinh viên Luật chuyển từ việc tiếp nhận thông tin thụ động sang chủ động tìm hiểu, đánh giá và làm việc cùng AI. Qua đó, người học không chỉ phát triển tư duy pháp lý độc lập mà còn nâng cao năng lực kiểm soát công nghệ, thực hiện trích dẫn đúng quy định và duy trì các chuẩn mực liêm chính học thuật.
