THE VALUE OF THE TRANSFORMATION IN VIETNAMESE COMIC IN THE PERIOD OF 1990 - 2019

Abstract

Vietnamese comics in the period of 1990 - 2019 had many impacts and changes that lead to changes in the transformations. It is the acquisition of new things, new changes in the use of visual elements: character creation, layout, frames, lines, colors, dialog boxes, text. Vietnamese comics in the period of 1990 - 2019 have reached certain milestones and achievements in formation through a number of key trends among which the combination of traditional and contemporary elements create a formation of Vietnamese comics in its own way. This helps affirm and improve the quality of visual arts imbued with Vietnamese culture. This is the important trend to develop Vietnamese comics in the coming time.
