Abstract

Art and culture have a very important meaning on the political and ideological front of the Vietnamese people’s army. Being aware of this, the Party, military commissions and military commanding units at all levels need to pay attention to the needs of officers and soldiers to enjoy culture and art in order to build cultural and art programs to meet the needs and improve the spiritual life of cadres and soldiers as well as the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the army.
