Abstract

The application of information technology in graphic design training has led to some challenges in teaching methods and formulating design ideas for students. The development of technology provides students with a new way of creative practice that is different from the traditional methods of the past. This article uses activity theory as a prism to discuss the issue of building ideas in graphic design in the technology age and also gives some ideas to develop appropriate pedagogical methods in teaching.
