ĐÀO TẠO LUẬT TRONG KỶ NGUYÊN SỐ TẠI MỘT SỐ CƠ SỞ ĐÀO TẠO LUẬT TRÊN THẾ GIỚI VÀ KINH NGHIỆM CHO VIỆT NAM

Trong bối cảnh kỷ nguyên số, giáo dục nói chung và đào tạo luật nói riêng phải thích ứng với xu hướng số hóa. Bài viết tổng hợp các quan điểm quốc tế về đổi mới đào tạo luật: đặt sinh viên luật, thị trường lao động hay hiệu quả đào tạo luật làm trung tâm; phân tích hai mô hình đào tạo luật trong kỷ nguyên số là mô hình cổ điển và mô hình hiện đại. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy đào tạo luật cần bảo tồn tinh thần cổ điển và giá trị nội tại của luật học, đồng thời từng bước ứng dụng các phương pháp hiện đại để nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo.
