Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp hành động để nghiên cứu mức độ hiệu quả của việc sử dụng các bài TED Talks và thái độ của sinh viên năm thứ hai ngành Ngôn ngữ Anh tại một trường đại học ở Hà Nội. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy TED Talks giúp cải thiện khả năng nghe hiểu của sinh viên một cách rõ rệt, đồng thời gia tăng sự hứng thú học tập. Mặc dù vẫn còn còn một số hạn chế, song nghiên cứu vẫn có những đóng góp nhất định đối với việc nâng cao kỹ năng nghe cho sinh viên tiếng Anh.
