Nghiên cứu kiểm định tác động của chất lượng đào tạo, năng lực số và hợp tác nhà trường - doanh nghiệp đến khả năng thích ứng nghề nghiệp của nguồn nhân lực du lịch trẻ tại tỉnh Đồng Nai thông qua vai trò trung gian của học tập suốt đời. Dữ liệu từ 219 sinh viên năm cuối và người mới tốt nghiệp được phân tích bằng mô hình PLS-SEM trên phần mềm SmartPLS 4.0. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng chất lượng đào tạo, năng lực số và hợp tác nhà trường - doanh nghiệp đều tác động tích cực đến học tập suốt đời, trong đó năng lực số có ảnh hưởng mạnh nhất. Học tập suốt đời tác động tích cực có ý nghĩa thống kê đến khả năng thích ứng nghề nghiệp, đồng thời giữ vai trò trung gian chuyển hóa các nguồn lực môi trường và cá nhân thành năng lực thích ứng nghề nghiệp cho người học. Từ kết quả thực nghiệm, nghiên cứu đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị giúp cơ sở đào tạo và doanh nghiệp du lịch tại Đồng Nai nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh, độ linh hoạt và khả năng hội nhập của nguồn nhân lực trẻ
