Sự gia tăng nhanh chóng các cơ sở đào tạo luật và số lượng cử nhân luật hàng năm tại Việt Nam không đồng nghĩa những cử nhân này sẽ có chất lượng tốt cũng như đáp ứng được các nhu cầu chuyển đổi số trong thời điểm hiện tại. Nhiều giải pháp được các nhà nghiên cứu đề xuất nhằm cải tiến phương pháp giảng dạy, thay đổi chương trình đào tạo và tăng cường kiến thức thực tiễn bao gồm cả việc tiếp thu chương trình đào tạo luật chuyên ngành của Hoa Kỳ. Các nghiên cứu cho thấy phương pháp và chương trình đào tạo luật chuyên ngành của Hoa Kỳ có nhiều điểm ưu việt, đặc biệt luôn tương thích với sự phát triển của công nghệ. Bài viết cung cấp thông tin về ứng dụng công nghệ vào giảng dạy và chương trình đào tạo luật gắn với sự phát triển của công nghệ trong mô hình đào tạo luật tại Hoa Kỳ, đồng thời đưa ra đề xuất về phương pháp giảng dạy luật và chương trình đào tạo luật cho Việt Nam trong kỷ nguyên số.
