Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này phân tích 422 công trình quốc tế về chuyển đổi số và đổi mới sáng tạo trong giáo dục đại học giai đoạn 2017–2025, dựa trên phương pháp PRISMA và cơ sở dữ liệu Scopus. Kết quả trắc lượng và định tính cho thấy chuyển đổi số ngày càng trở thành động lực trung tâm thúc đẩy đổi mới trong giáo dục đại học. Mạng lưới hợp tác học thuật toàn cầu xác định Tây Ban Nha và Trung Quốc là hai trung tâm nghiên cứu lớn, trong khi Hoa Kỳ, Anh và Úc giữ vai trò cầu nối quốc tế. Phân tích đồng xuất hiện từ khóa cho thấy bốn hướng đổi mới chính: thể chế, sư phạm, công nghệ và phát triển bền vững. Phân tích định tính nội dung khẳng định chuyển đổi số không chỉ là ứng dụng công nghệ, mà còn là sự chuyển đổi chiến lược, văn hóa và tổ chức trong các cơ sở giáo dục.Kết quả nhấn mạnh vai trò của năng lực tổ chức và quản trị số như yếu tố trung gian giữa chuyển đổi số và đổi mới sáng tạo. Về lâu dài, quá trình này tăng cường khả năng thích ứng, tính bền vững và sức cạnh tranh của các trường đại học trong kỷ nguyên toàn cầu hóa và Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0.
