Nghiên cứu khảo sát 311 sinh viên đại học nhằm mô tả thực trạng sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh (Generative AI – GenAI) và phân tích cấu trúc nhận thức về liêm chính học thuật. Kết quả cho thấy 309/311 sinh viên (99,4%) tự khai đã từng sử dụng GenAI; 74,3% sử dụng thường xuyên hoặc hằng ngày. Phân tích nhân tố khám phá gợi ý cấu trúc hai nhân tố: F1 - chuẩn mực liêm chính, gồm L1-L5 (Cronbach’s α = 0,825), và F2 - nhận thức về vai trò tích cực của AI, gồm L6-L7 (Spearman–Brown = 0,777). Mức sử dụng AI có liên hệ nghịch với F1 (ρ = -0,256; p < 0,001) nhưng liên hệ thuận với F2 (ρ = 0,403; p < 0,001), làm suy yếu tương quan ở điểm tổng hợp (ρ = -0,112; p = 0,048). Nhóm sinh viên nữ có điểm F1 cao hơn nhóm nam, trong khi khác biệt giới tính ở F2 không có ý nghĩa thống kê. Điểm nhận thức khác biệt giữa các nhóm năm học và nhìn chung cao hơn ở nhóm sinh viên năm cuối. Do thiết kế cắt ngang, các kết quả được diễn giải ở cấp độ liên hệ, không phải quan hệ nhân quả. Nghiên cứu đề xuất tái thiết kế đánh giá, xây dựng khung quản trị AI cấp trường và tích hợp tư duy phê phán vào chương trình đào tạo.
