SOME VIEWPOINTS OF ENGLISH MAJORS AT HANOI OPEN UNIVERSITY ON THE SUBJECT INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION

This article mentions a number of viewpoints and assessments of the English majors at Hanoi Open University on studying the subject Intercultural Communication. The research applies the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods based on documents, results of previous scholars’ studies and survey questionnaires collected frrom 195 students (course 2019-2023) who have studied Intercultural Communication at the Faculty of English, Hanoi Open University in the year 2020-2021. The article will outline an overview of the learning process of the subject, so that, on that basis, some suitable solutions can be proposed to improve the learning efficiency of this subject.
