Abstract

Sự phát triển nhanh chóng của trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh (Generative AI) đang tạo ra những thay đổi sâu sắc trong giáo dục. Nghiên cứu định tính này khám phá nhận thức và trải nghiệm của người học và người dạy thông qua phỏng vấn bán cấu trúc với 27 người tham gia. Kết quả cho thấy trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) đã được sử dụng rộng rãi nhưng mức độ hiểu biết còn hạn chế, dẫn đến tình trạng lạm dụng và hình thức hóa. Nghiên cứu chỉ ra mâu thuẫn giữa kỳ vọng và hiệu quả thực tiễn, sự gia tăng áp lực nghề nghiệp đối với giáo viên, nguy cơ phụ thuộc công nghệ của người học, cùng hiện tượng “AI hóa” giáo dục. Những phát hiện nhấn mạnh nhu cầu chuyển từ phổ cập công cụ sang phát triển năng lực sử dụng AI có trách nhiệm, đồng thời tái cấu trúc hoạt động dạy học và đánh giá theo hướng chú trọng năng lực, quá trình và tính xác thực.
