ASSESSMENT ON RESULTS OF ARCHITECTURE DESIGN PROJECT UNDER THE COMPETENCY APPROACH OF HOU STUDENTS OF ARCHITECTURE AIM AND SOLUTION

Abstract

The current social development process with the demand for quality human resources that meets all stages of architectural design activities requires an urgent need to train architects with expertise and adaptability with a harsh working environment. Vocational training at the university level today will be the process of linking theory with practice, organizing teaching in the form of “Design Workshop”; put the subject into action (block management of subjects) to teach theory and guide major exercises - subject projects, and at the same time strengthen linkages and exchanges with practical activities associated with reputable enterprises in the job market for planning design - architecture. Therefore, improving the quality of training is an urgent issue. Specifically, the evaluation of the results of learning architectural design projects in the direction of learners’ ability is one of the important evaluation measures of the architecture training place at the university. Therefore, there is only a fair - objective assessment - reliability and validity; The new technology helps improve the quality of training, helps learners promote creativity, active learning and research. The next goal is to help learners progress - for the betterment of learners.
