Bài viết nhằm làm rõ những cơ hội, thách thức và định hướng đổi mới đánh giá người học trong giáo dục đại học dưới tác động của trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh (Generative Artificial Intelligence - GenAI). Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu tài liệu thứ cấp thông qua thu thập, phân tích và tổng hợp các công trình khoa học liên quan được công bố trên các cơ sở dữ liệu học thuật uy tín. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy GenAI mở ra nhiều cơ hội như cá nhân hóa học tập, tăng cường phản hồi, hỗ trợ đánh giá liên tục và phát triển các hình thức đánh giá xác thực. Tuy nhiên, GenAI cũng đặt ra những thách thức về liêm chính học thuật, tính xác thực, độ tin cậy và công bằng trong đánh giá. Trên cơ sở đó, bài viết đề xuất các giải pháp đổi mới đánh giá theo hướng chú trọng quá trình và bằng chứng năng lực, tăng cường đánh giá xác thực, sử dụng AI có trách nhiệm và tăng cường bảo đảm chất lượng trong giáo dục đại học.
